Great question! Coaches are different and it’s super important to find the right fit in any coaching relationship. During my Executive Coaching intensive, each call will have a stated objective going in, flexible to what you want to work on, designed around peeling back the layers of what’s challenging for you so we can build a plan forward. I take the time to really listen, so we can find the areas that need the work. I’m not the type of coach who believes he has all the answers right out of the box, as each client is unique.
Cookie-cutter responses aren’t on the menu! My style is relaxed and conversational while my approach is focused on driving to results. If you’re ready to get to work, I’m ready and excited to assist you in reaching your goals! During our initial free, 30-minute strategy call, we’ll explore these topics further to determine if there’s a good fit without any commitment on your part.

That’s up to you! I work with my clients on a monthly basis and we will continue working together as long as we both find value in the relationship. You can stop at any time - there are no long term contracts.

My Executive Coaching intensive is $2,000 monthly and Includes up to two sessions of up to 90 minutes each, plus unlimited calls, texts and asynchronous video chat between sessions. Everything is included.
My custom, business leadership consulting is determined based on a variety of factors such as client need, organizational size, etc. and is quoted in a proposal upon completion of discovery.
